Damian has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years holding senior roles in both Broking and Underwriting organisations. He has worked extensively throughout Australia and overseas including UK, NZ and Canada.

He is a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance. He holds a Business Certificate in Insurance; and is a CIP (Certified Insurance Professional).

Damian heads the CMS team and is a licensed practicing insurance professional.
